Guarantee

At Bodenluke™ we take pride in the quality and workmanship of our products and we hope that you do not experience any problems using them.

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, our guarantee period is 2 years. The guarantee will apply from the purchase date.

Please note that the guarantee covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used under normal conditions and in compliance with the instructions provided.

It does not cover the below:

• accidental damage,
• normal wear and tear,
• damage caused by abuse or negligence,
• melting caused by overheating.
