Returns and refunds policy

  1. If you change your mind after purchasing a Bodenluke™ product, you will have up to 14 days to return it back to us and we will provide a full refund on your purchase. All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging as supplied and must be suitable for resale at full price.
  2. If you wish to return the items you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. For you to return the item you need to send us an email to Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for return. The buyer is responsible for returning the unwanted item.
  3. Once we process your request, you may send the item(s) to the address provided to you via email in response to it. After we receive the item as indicated in clause 1 of this Returns and Refund policy, you will receive a refund within 5 business days after we receive the item(s) back.
  4. The refund will be made using the same payment means that were used for the original transaction, unless the buyer has expressly requested otherwise in advance. In any event, the buyer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the items back or the buyer has supplied the evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earliest.
  5. All returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box with any original protection included. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging. We recommend you to take photographs of the item/s being returned and please ensure your return is tracked and adequately insured against loss or damage.
  6. In case the items cannot be normally returned by post (they are too large, for example), we are not responsible for either the costs, organisation or their collection and return.
  7. All returned items will be checked to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing then we have the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% of the cost of the product depending on the loss in value.
  8. The buyer may be reimbursed for the cost of the return delivery in case the buyer has received the incorrect item as a result of a processing error or if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. Exclusions to our return policy

Products that cannot be returned:

  1. Customised items such as bespoke-size floor access hatches and access panels.
  2. Products that have been unsealed and are not in the original packaging. If the product is unsealed but not damaged, we must charge a restocking fee of €15 per item to repack it and return the product to resaleable condition.
