  • We offer free delivery of all our products by DPD courier service.
  • We accept payment through all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
  • Most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. Some floor access hatches may be out of stock, so if you are pressed for time, please contact us before placing your order to arrange a delivery date.
